About this knife and board set
Three pieces for a kitchen that gets used every day. The Chef’s Knife 210 does the main work, the Paring Knife 90 handles the small jobs, and the Walnut End-Grain Board is a heavy, forgiving surface for both.

- In short: hand wash and dry everything straight away, never use a dishwasher, hone the knife regularly and oil the board when it looks dry.
